Riogley 'Rick' Stewart McKenzie, a White male, age 22, was identified as one of the homicide victims linked to serial killer Thomas Eugene Creech.

While in custody in the mid-1970s, Creech provided information that led authorities to the body of Riogley 'Rick' Stewert McKenzie, age 22, near Baggs, Wyoming, corroborating his confession in this case.
