Murdered

On the night of August 13, 2017, Damien Spencer, a 36-year-old man, was fatally shot in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston. The shooting occurred at around 11:30 p.m. at 39 Mt. Pleasant Avenue, where Spencer was struck in the chest. He was transported to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries shortly after. Another man in his 40s was also shot during the incident but sustained a less severe wound to his foot and survived.
