Connie Sue Thompson, a 19-year-old female hitchhiker from Michigan, tragically lost her life on January 3, 1981. Her death was the result of a heinous crime committed by Anthony and Nathaniel Cook, two brothers who were later identified as serial killers responsible for a series of brutal murders in Toledo, Ohio, and surrounding areas during the early 1980s.
