Tammy Ruth Huntley, a 16-year-old Caucasian female, tragically lost her life on April 7, 1972, after being abducted and subjected to horrific violence. Tammy was kidnapped while waiting for her mother to pick her up. Her abductor, Robert Frederick Carr III, a known serial killer and pedophile, drove her from Miami to Mississippi.
