Jerry Howell, a 19-year-old white male, met a tragic end on July 5, 1984. His death was a result of a heinous crime committed by Robert Berdella, an American serial killer known for his gruesome acts. Berdella, who was also known as the "Kansas City Butcher," had a history of kidnapping, raping, torturing, and murdering young men.
