Johnny Bayer, a 20-year-old male, tragically lost his life on May 28, 1993, in Westfield, Hamilton County, Indiana. Born on October 14, 1972, in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana, Johnny was a victim of the notorious serial killer Herbert Baumeister. Baumeister, a suspected serial killer, was known for targeting young men, particularly those frequenting gay bars in the Indianapolis area.
