Dave Bahl, a 28-year-old male, was tragically killed on August 9, 1982, in Grand Prairie, Texas. The incident occurred during a violent rampage by John Felton Parish, a 49-year-old truck driver who went on a shooting spree at two warehouses in the area. Parish, who was reportedly upset over a pay dispute with his employer, Western Transfer & Storage Inc., armed himself with an M-1 carbine, a .25-caliber semi-automatic pistol, and a .38-caliber revolver.
