Raul CinkOh Bustamante, a 21-year-old Hispanic man, was fatally shot in the parking lot of Los Balones Sports Bar in Grand Prairie, Texas, early on the morning of July 24, 2016. Bustamante, who was the lead singer of the band Impacto 05, had just finished performing with his band when he was murdered.
