William Oliver, a 20-year-old man from Grand Prairie, Texas, was fatally shot on July 23, 2020. He was taken to a local hospital but later succumbed to his injuries. The incident occurred around 9:20 p.m. in the 5800 block of Candlelight Lane. Detectives believe that Oliver was not randomly targeted.

Following the tragic incident, Grand Prairie police, in collaboration with the U.S. Marshal Service North Texas Fugitive Task Force, arrested two men in connection with Oliver's death. Keinoe ...
