Steven "Panhead" Jonas, a member of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club, died on July 17, 1983, in San Antonio, Texas. He was 34 years old, male, and of Hispanic ethnicity. His death was part of a violent period involving the Bandidos, a motorcycle gang known for its criminal activities, including drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, and violent confrontations with rival gangs.
