Ricardo Ortega, a 30-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on November 27, 2022. Ricardo was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Walgreens on the city's West Side, just after midnight. According to reports, Ricardo was in a vehicle with a family member who had pulled into the parking lot to use an ATM inside the store.
