Albert Pelayo Casoreno, a 41-year-old man, was tragically killed on August 7, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred near a dumpster in the 7100 block of U.S. Highway 90 West. Casoreno was shot in the head by Julio Cesar Ramirez, an 18-year-old teenager, who felt "very disrespected" by Casoreno.
