Manuel Santibanez, a 32-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on December 23, 2019, in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. in an apartment located in the 2700 block of East Commerce Street. According to reports, Santibanez was in the apartment with two other individuals, a man and a woman, when an argument broke out.
