Adam Hernandez, a 40-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from San Antonio, Texas, tragically passed away on June 27, 2021. He was found fatally shot on a South Side street in San Antonio. The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed that Hernandez died from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body, hand, and head.
