In the quiet neighborhood of Capitol Heights, Maryland, a grim discovery was made on the evening of May 14, 2019. Firefighters responding to a vehicle fire on Akin Avenue found the body of 26-year-old Devonte Dixon inside the burning car. Dixon was a Black male from Northeast D.C.
