Steven Charles Dody, a 43-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was one of the victims of the tragic Luby's massacre in Killeen, Texas, on October 16, 1991. Dody, a decorated Vietnam veteran and a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, was at the Luby's Cafeteria when George Jo Hennard drove his pickup truck through the front window and began shooting.
