Nancy Faye Hedgepeth Stansbury, a 44-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on October 16, 1991, in Killeen, Texas. She was a supervisor for the Killeen school district and was having lunch with her colleague Ruth Pujol and an assistant school superintendent when the incident occurred. Nancy and Ruth were both victims of the infamous Luby's Cafeteria massacre, a mass shooting that took place at the Luby's Cafeteria in Killeen.
