Debra Ann Chancellor Gray, a 33-year-old woman of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically lost her life on October 16, 1991, in Killeen, Texas. She was one of the victims of the infamous Luby's massacre, a mass shooting that occurred at the Luby's Cafeteria in Killeen. The perpetrator, George Hennard, drove his pickup truck through the front window of the restaurant and opened fire, killing 23 people and wounding 27 others before taking his own life.
