Troy Merle Hogue

Troy Merle Hogue, a 39-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was a dedicated State Trooper with the Texas Department of Public Safety. He began his career with the department on January 19, 1988, and was stationed in Big Spring, Texas. Tragically, Trooper Hogue was shot and killed on December 30, 1994, while conducting an accident investigation on Interstate 20 in Howard County, Texas.
