Ruben Sanchez, a 40-year-old Hispanic male from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on August 12, 2016. He was shot while washing his car in the driveway of his family home. According to reports, a man named Rudy Gabriel Smith, also 40 years old, approached Sanchez and shot him in the head.
