Sarah Cipperly, a 78-year-old white female, was found deceased in her home on Walton's Circle on September 18, 2020. The grim discovery was made after the couple's daughter received a distressing phone call from her father, Robert Cipperly, aged 84. In the call, he claimed that his wife had cut her wrists.
