Tijuana Louise "Tia" Dent, a 49-year-old resident of Evans, Georgia, tragically lost her life to gun violence on September 17, 2023.
The incident occurred at the home of Larry Jacobs, a 51-year-old retired Marine veteran, located at 880 Willow Lake in Evans. Jacobs, who was the father of Tia Dent's 16-year-old son, Kingston Jacobs, shot Tia Dent before taking his own life.
