Ray Charles Smith, a 61-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on August 23, 2014, in Huntsville, Texas. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred on August 22, 2014. Earlier that day, Smith was involved in a domestic incident where he was identified as the aggressor.
