Antonio Cruz, a 35-year-old Hispanic male, was one of the victims in a tragic incident that occurred on November 13, 1997, in Channelview, Texas. On that fateful evening, Coy Wayne Wesbrook, a former security guard, went to the apartment of his ex-wife, Gloria Jean Coons, with the intention of reconciling with her.
