On December 9, 2016, Christopher Chaney, a 28-year-old male from Channelview, Texas, was found dead inside a burning car on Market Street. The car, which was discovered around 10 a.m., also contained the bodies of three other individuals: Nicholette Briscoe , Willie Norman , and Kelcii Flintroy . All four victims had died from gunshot wounds to the head. Chaney and Briscoe were married with two children, while Norman and Flintroy were brother and sister.
