Cipriano Briones, a 34-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on October 25, 2004, in Edinburg, Texas. The circumstances surrounding his death were part of a larger incident known as the Edinburg massacre, which occurred on January 5, 2003. During this incident, six men were killed in a hail of gunfire when assailants stormed two small buildings in South Texas.
