Moises Sanchez, a 49-year-old Hispanic male, was a Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper who tragically lost his life on April 6, 2019, in Edinburg, Texas. Sanchez was responding to a vehicle collision when he was shot in the head and shoulder by Victor Alejandro Godinez, a 29-year-old man from Edinburg.
