On November 1, 2004, 62-year-old Prudencia Vallejo, a Hispanic female from Houston, Texas, was tragically killed by her estranged husband, 58-year-old Rey David Vallejo. The incident was reported as an apparent murder-suicide. Prudencia suffered fatal gunshot wounds to her chest and arm. According to police reports, Rey forcibly entered Prudencia's residence by breaking through a back door.
