Jay Feltner, a 48-year-old white male, died on August 26, 2007, in Jonestown, Texas. He was a supervisor for Texas Cut Stone in Liberty Hill and was born on October 7, 1958, in Kirkwood, Missouri. Jay Feltner was one of the victims in a tragic murder spree committed by Paul Devoe. Devoe, who had a history of violent behavior, went on a killing spree that resulted in the deaths of six people, including Jay Feltner.
