On the evening of July 11, 2009, a white female named Tiffany Kuhlmeyer was celebrating what should have been a joyous occasion, her 33rd birthday, in St. Louis, Missouri. The night turned tragic when she became the victim of a violent assault in the Benton Park neighborhood.
