Death by Force

Xavier D. Ferguson, a 16-year-old, was tragically shot and killed on August 25, 2009, in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. in the 8600 block of 93rd Place. Officers were dispatched after receiving reports of a shooting, and upon arrival, they found Ferguson suffering from a gunshot wound.
