Xavier D Ferguson

Xavier D. Ferguson, a 16-year-old Black male from Kansas City, Missouri, was shot on the night of August 23, 2009, in the 8600 block of East 93rd Place. Police were called to the area at about 11 p.m. on a report of gunfire, and when officers arrived they found him wounded, the kind of urgent, chaotic scene where every second feels like it might change the ending.
