Baldemar Hernandez, a 25-year-old realtor from McAllen, Texas, moved to San Antonio with his boyfriend and business partner, Eric Florke, 39, in November 2013. The couple was found dead in their San Antonio home on January 11, 2014, by neighbors who noticed their garage door had been left open for days. The San Antonio Police Department investigated the scene and determined it to be a possible murder-suicide, with Florke identified as the suspect and Hernandez as the victim. A handgun was recove ...
