Matthew Ernest Hughes, a 56-year-old male from San Antonio, TX, tragically died on July 3, 2014. The cause of death was a gunshot wound inflicted by his son, Matthew Thomas Hughes, who was 25 years old at the time. The incident occurred at their shared home on the Northwest Side of San Antonio.
