Kelvin LaShane Brown, a 44-year-old man from Center, Texas, tragically lost his life on March 23, 2014, in a Whataburger parking lot in San Antonio, Texas. Brown was shot by Alejandro Salazar, a 25-year-old man, who allegedly fired at him without any known connection or prior interaction. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. when Salazar and his companions pulled up to the parking lot, and after an exchange of words, Salazar shot Brown, who died at the scene.
