Ivan Lee Dolley, a 25-year-old male from Longview, Texas, tragically passed away on May 10, 2014. The incident occurred in Harleton, Texas, where Ivan was accidentally shot by Mitchell Edward Morgan. According to reports, the two men were engaged in shooting empty cans off an old oil barrel when the accident happened.
