Kevin Lorenzo Stephenson, a 28-year-old from Henderson, Texas, tragically lost his life on March 23, 2016. His body was discovered near railroad tracks in Longview, Texas, alongside another victim, Dekeilen Joe Nelson, a 20-year-old from Gilmer, Texas. Both men had suffered gunshot wounds, and their deaths were ruled as homicides.
