Phetkeo Phetkeo, a 52-year-old male of Laotian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 7, 2014, in Amarillo, Texas. He was killed in what was determined to be an apparent double homicide at his home located at 1216 Jasmine Street. The incident occurred around 12:13 a.m. when police responded to reports of shots fired.
