Kendrick Freeman, a 23-year-old male from Amarillo, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 16, 2020. He was found with gunshot wounds at the Eddison Apartments near the 4100 block of SW 45th Avenue. Despite the efforts of emergency medical personnel, Kendrick succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Amarillo homicide investigators launched an investigation into his death, and an autopsy was ordered to determine the exact cause of death.
