Ciara Brown, a 28-year-old woman from Houston, Texas, was tragically killed on November 11, 2014. She was a babysitter, and at the time of her death, she was caring for an infant who was found unharmed nearby. Ciara was shot by Anndrae Gilbert, a 45-year-old man, who was later charged with her murder.
