Rafael Segovia, a 34-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 13, 2014, in Houston, Texas. Segovia was visiting his girlfriend at an apartment complex in the 8900 block of Bissonnet near Braeswood when he was fatally shot. According to Houston Police Department Spokesman Kese Smith, Segovia was walking away from his car when he was shot multiple times by an unknown assailant. Emergency responders declared him dead upon their arrival.
