Richard Chapa, a 38-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, tragically died on December 29, 2014. He was involved in a botched drug deal that led to his untimely death. Chapa and two others had gone to the 5900 block of Stoney Creek Drive to purchase $300 worth of marijuana. When they arrived, the men they were supposed to meet attempted to rob them. As Chapa and his companions tried to flee, the suspects fired multiple rounds at their car, hitting Chapa.
