Joseph Dash Torres, a 37-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, was fatally shot on August 14, 2017, outside the Sugartime Texas bar on Bill Miller Lane. Torres, who was known as an entertainer and the life of the party, was on the patio with a group of people when an argument broke out between him and another individual.
