On the morning of February 6, 2015, authorities discovered the bodies of 58-year-old Reinaldo Ramirez and his 63-year-old wife, Maria Ramirez, in their residence located in the 16900 block of Midnight Sky Court in the Mission Bend area of Fort Bend County, Texas. Both individuals had sustained fatal gunshot wounds. At the time of the incident, four of their grandchildren, aged 14, 9, 4, and 2, were present in the home.
