Marcel DeAndre Nelson, age 26, was shot and killed on June 7, 2010, in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident took place near Linwood and 71 Highway around 8:50 p.m. Responding officers found Marcel on the north sidewalk, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
