Dawn Giffa, a 28-year-old woman from Kingston, Ontario, tragically lost her life on February 22, 2015, in Killeen, Texas. She was the wife of Ata-se Giffa, a soldier stationed at Fort Hood. The incident occurred during a domestic disturbance call at their residence in the 1700 block of Godman Street. Dawn Giffa was studying to be a pharmacy technician and was the mother of a three-year-old son.
