Darryl O'Neal, a 50-year-old male from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 25, 2015. He was one of three victims in a fatal shooting incident at an apartment complex in the 5000 block of Mallow. The other victims were Willie Watts, 63, and Dale Jones, 49, both of whom also resided in Houston.
