Codrick Beal McCall Jr., a 4-year-old boy from Houston, Texas, tragically died on March 1, 2015, from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Codrick was staying at a family friend's house while his mother celebrated her birthday. Authorities determined that Codrick somehow got hold of a loaded handgun in the home and accidentally shot himself. The incident occurred in the 19000 block of Imperial Stone in north Harris County.
