Cesar Erasto Garcia, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on May 24, 2019, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Freddy's Frozen Custard on Spencer Road in the Copperfield area. Garcia was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his face and neck. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots before seeing someone leave Garcia's Buick LeSabre and get into a Navy blue Chevrolet Cruz that was parked and waiting.
