Kelton Sam, a 44-year-old man from Houston, Texas, was tragically found shot and killed outside his northeast Houston home on Reid Street on November 15, 2021. A neighbor discovered Sam's body early in the morning, and upon investigation, it was revealed that Sam had multiple gunshot wounds. The front door of his home had been kicked in, and his vehicle, a tan 2005 Lexus RX with Texas license plates KHP-5059, was missing from the scene.
