Richard Vincent "Rick" Kirschner, aged 47, was one of nine men killed during a violent shootout on May 17, 2015, at the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas. The incident involved rival motorcycle clubs, primarily the Bandidos and the Cossacks, along with other smaller clubs. Kirschner, a member of the Cossacks Motorcycle Club and known by the nickname "Bear," died from gunshot wounds.
